: The problem is to find an English expression that is as devoid of meaning as the Swedish original! Maybe "scenario" would come closer to the ubiquitous Swedish "miljö".

I thought of it as a combination, as a display and almost like setting a stage.

I understand upplevelsemiljö to mean an environment that makes a person feel and experience the environment in one way or another.
"Ambience" would seem to fit.
As for your particular sentence - "Hon arbetar med upplevelsemiljöer på..." - I would propose: "She works with creating ambiences at..."
