When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

Grammatically, "she is gone" is a sentence made in passive voice while "she has gone" is an active voice (present perfect). But meaning is the same.
You can shed tears that she is gone or you can smile because she has lived. You can close your eyes and pray that she’ll come back.
At the moment, I can only remember that she has gone and the ache that is left
