A kind of wild radish perhaps (the main ingredient in χόρτα)
In Turkey a friend - whose family came from Crete originally - recently made me a dish which seemed to me to be identical to the χόρτα I ate so often with great relish during my three years in Greece.
I think that the main plant used is a kind of raphanus – in Turgutlu in Turkey they call it turpotu but I don’t know if that’s the official or correct name which is why I am not making this Turkish to Greek.

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.
