A Google search tells me that these are the words from some contemporary work written in pseudo-ancient Greek, and the line is probably wrong and he meant to write "ρητός" rather than "ρητόν". Anyway, he is trying to say "no words can describe you".

agree ammon : But disagree with the grammatical comment. riton is correct, as it refers to "ouden" (neutral) and not to logos..

Hi. It says "oudeni", not "ouden". And two lines after that: "noo oudeni leptos" (not "lepton"). So it is probably a typo.
