It is from a "værkstedsfaktura", I suppose "læsning" will be 'loading' here, and what exactly is Trækker? What part of a vehicle.. Thanks in advance

: I would go for this one - 'trækker' suggests there is some kind of motor, and it is not a passive trailer (which would normally be called ´vogn´or ´trailer´.

I think (guessing) they mean 'tractor-trailers' here, ie trucks
