order of submission

The court can order the other party or a third person to present documents to the court.

There are various possibilities: order of submission (of documents) or order to submit/produce (documents)

Ref:
If the suit is already pending, plaintiff can additionally ask the court for an order of submission of evidence according to §§ 142, 144 Civil Procedural Code, which should be substantiated by a stating of reasonable grounds for an inspection.

presentation sequence

In diesem Sinne - the sequence in which the documents were filed to assess priority, for example.

Possibly also im Sinne von: Order of presentation (to capture the Anordnung bit).
Peer comment(s):

disagree Steffen Walter : This is about a court order/injunction to produce/submit documents, rather than about an order in the sense of a "sequence". See http://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/zpo/__142.html
