Kategorie Der Begriff gehört aber eindeutig nicht ins Marketing, sondern eher in die (Mikro)biologie.

Not without further research... 'Biosterile' may not be the best idea. A truly sterile fermentation plant wouldn't work because fermentation is a biological process involving bacteria and/or yeasts, and BioSterile is the name of a US company (or was the name: they are apparently bankrupt).

Strictly speaking yes, but I was thinking more along the lines of this will end up as a leaflet sort of thing...

bacteriologically sterile

I agree that "sterile" alone would probably do--but if anti-ambiguity is desired, bacteriologically might be better than "biologically", since "biologically sterile" has a variety of other meanings...
Example sentence:

"Using bacteriologically sterile techniques."
