: I think "sublessor" would point to rooms rather than a house/building. The person is subletting premises in a building.

| Danke schon mal an alle für das Feedback. Ich denke auch, dass es sich um Räumlichkeiten innerhalb des Gebäudes handelt. An einer späteren Stelle heißt es: "The sublessee agrees to receive all licenses...necessary for carrying on its business in the part of the premise." Also "inliegende Geschäftsräume"? |

: Although I've never come across "indwelling premises", this seems likely, since it's a sublease.

: Tendiere aber zu "Wohnraum" (Einzahl). Größere Immobilien sind oft in Wohnbereiche und gewerbliche Bereiche unterteilt.
