the company has not defined a congruent customer image ... or similar

Paul Cohen
: Since this is how the company presents itself to the customer, I don't see how "customer image" could possibly work.

maybe a congruent image towards their customers in light of added information

Hope you haven't ruled out a direct translation?

: It's not "customer presence" (which is a term that is totally new to me).. It has to do with how the company presents itself to the customer.

Did u hv a look at http://tinyurl.com/5h3n5h ? Yes, Paul, thanks 2 Stephen's comment, I realized the difficulty of using the rendering in the asker's context. However, I hope http://www.proz.com/kudoz/943097 helps the asker and other answerers.

Without further context I would just use "image" here.
A bit more of the test might help to come up with something more specific.

In light of the added context "image" is too unspecific, however "customer image" might imply the image of the customer not the image projected to customers. David is more along the right lines.
