Spanish term

inhabilitado

Spanish to English Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s) Letter of Intent
This is a document written in Mexico. At the end of the letter, it says "Declaramos no estar imposibilitados para llevar a cabo los trabajos". I've searched 'imposibilitado' and also 'inhabilitado' in the context of contracts, but haven't found anything. Thank you in advance.

any impediment
no impediment
nothing prevents us from = plain english: we can/we are able/we have all means necessary to...

"We declare there is no impediment to our carrying out the works" sounds fine to me, Rosa!
Note from asker:
"We declare there is no impediment to our carrying out the works" How about that?
