Just another idea.
Although Andy's answer above is correct, I just had another idea - since you have no context, it's hard to tell what they mean exactly. I did a translation of insurance terms recently and quite a few contained the names of different insurance companies. In my opinion, the only way to be 100% sure is to ask your client.
