ברוך הבא!
The Hebrew phrase means 'Welcome!' Although its a bit general and can be used to a lot of things (welcome home, welcome back) I don't believe there is, to the extent of my knowledge, a real Hebrew phrase specific for welcome aboard.
Perhaps the compination ברוך הבא לעבודה, which means "welcome to work", could work too.
Perhaps the compination ברוך הבא לעבודה, which means "welcome to work", could work too.
