ברוך הבא!

The Hebrew phrase means 'Welcome!' Although its a bit general and can be used to a lot of things (welcome home, welcome back) I don't believe there is, to the extent of my knowledge, a real Hebrew phrase specific for welcome aboard.
Perhaps the compination ברוך הבא לעבודה, which means "welcome to work", could work too.

barooch haba/broochah haba'ah!

When said to a man it should be:
barooch haba
ברוך הבא
When said to a woman it should be:
ברוכה הבאה
