Portuguese term

passaporte

I need a word for this context. I thought about:
pass or ticket????
it can be something entirely different but that conveys the same idea...
any suggestions appreciated...

A 'pass card' - my suggestion. A bit less formal than 'passport'.

passport

anything that ensures admission or acceptance: A good education can be your passport to success.

agree sula (X) : passport is used a lot in English like this. Ticket is ok but can give the idea of a one off event instead of a long term entitlement eg "Canada offers the possibility to develop in two of the most well-known languages and to obtain a passport for life"

a differential more

fast track

"which is a fast track into the job market"

that should be "fast track TO the job market"

I was going to suggest 'shortcut' first, then changed it to fast track and forgot to change the 'into'.

and here is an example of the term being used in that very context:

"A technical school that focuses on vocation instead of academics provides a tech education that leads to a fast track to the job market. Most major cities house a technical school of this nature."
