I'm not finding "co-participants" as very common when talking about investment funds. Is there another more common word?

My impresion is that they are part of a consortium of institutional investors, therefore I've included the options that may apply to one or the other possibility, in this order: "partner" for co-managers/sponsors, and "participant/stakeholder" for investors.
Check with the Alcaraz Varó Hughes Financial, pages 828, "copartícipe" and 1103, "partícipe". I believe the "co" is not necessary in this case.....
