「を主体とします」は、いかようにも訳すことができますが、なんとなくテストの説明に出てきそうな文句を書いてみました。「形状作成」は、イメージした形状をCADで具象化するもの、いう意味だと思うので、geometry operations が含まれるでしょうから、geometry creationを指していると思います。おそらく、会社にJIS 用語集を置いていらっしゃると思うので、それで確認されるか、これを書かれた方に確認した方がよいと思います。

コンピュータ内で製作されたシーン、オブジェクトのタイプ、座標データ、表面の属性、材料属性
などの幾何変換情報を記述したデータの事。一般的に三次元幾何データを定義するもの。
問題は、「複数の図面を読み取り各部品と部品のアゼンブリの斜視図（裏と表）を
作成するものです。
問題文に「原点や基準平面の指定はない」・・・とあるので
座標データを含まない形状ということで、geometryではなく単にshapesでいいかと
判断しました。"

Instead of profile, you can also use shape, depending on the context.

This is just my suggestion. I think that 主体 might be "subject" here because it apppears to be a noun and not a verb. Of course 作成 has many translations, so I used 2 different forms since that would be most natural in English (in my opinion). 形状 also has many translations, so I gave 3 very common ones of which any would be appropriate.
