I have a small query about the term 'actuación de interés regional' in the context of a report on the development of a tourist complex (Marina de Cope) on the Spanish coast.

Though Edward Tully's reference is formal and - if with capital letters - obviously "correct", we don't have the feel of the text from just one short phrase. Ths is an alternative, hopefully combining the best of all worlds, should the text be other than a legally based thing, for example a tourist brochure/newspaper article.
