Do no use 'claim'. If this is a committed loan facility (and I presume it is), borrower is legally entitled to drawing down funds. With a committed facility,Lender must make funds available, provided Borrower complies with all conditions precedent.

ahab: "Claim" bedeutet zwar auch "Anspruch", "Claim for disbursement" wird aber eher zur eigentlichen Geltendmachung eines Anspruchs verwendet (z.B. "submit a claim for disbursement").

IMHO ist "right to" hier geeigneter da allgemeiner als "title to", was mehr im Zusammenhang mit Real Estate zur Bezeichnung eines Anspruchs verwendet wird.
