By 13:10 the conditions lead to vaporisation of the liquid at tray 31, high up the abnormally full Splitter.
This lifted all of the liquid above the vapour such that it quickly reached the 24-inch overhead line from the Splitter.
By 13:15 the pressure in the overhead condenser peaked at 63 psig and the column overhead relief valves were venting to the Blowdown Stack.

Мне не очень нравится. Трубпровод головного (верхнего) продукта - смысл такой. Трубопровод головных паров. Пусть кто-нибудь уточнит. А может и правда, верхний трубопровод - ОК?
