agree Nelida Kreer : Totalmente válido, vi la de María primero, doy también mi agree por las mismas razones. Mantengo mi preferencia por "expect". "Want" es un poco fuerte, va más con "exigir", me parece.

agree Nelida Kreer : Me parece que esta es la correcta. En primer lugar, el hotel es "client" de la empresa de medios y no "customer". Y lo que pide es lo que "espera recibir" de la consultora, o sea que comparto el "expect". Muy buena opción.
