Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

If "fixed" sounds unacceptable, which it is not (!), then permanent would be a secondary option!

It's not a matter of a literal translation - it is used this way in the english world! The Dutch was translated literally out of English!

: essentially agree with Casey -- a lot of the ghits for 'fixed contact person' are on non-native or translated sites. In any case, you should be prepared to provide examples to substantiate your suggestion.
