"Druckmindereckventil" is "pressure reducing angle valve", "Druckminderungsdurchgangsventil" is "pressure reducing straight(-way) valve (Bucksch, Dictionary Building Services, Fraunhofer IRB Verlag). By analogy "Druckminderungsschachtbauwerk" is then something along the lines of "pressure reducing shaft structure".
