不領情. I would normally render this as ungrateful but not receptive seems to be appropriate here.

挑剔: pick at, find fault with, or nitpick - if they are excessively critical about He Jian. :-)

agree Wenjer Leuschel (X) : Yes, I'd say "not receptive" is more "to the point." 而且挑剔和艦的態度 --> "and their picky attitude toward He Jian..." or "and they are pricky with He Jian's attitude...," depending on the context.// I think your suggestion perfectly to the point.

It seems that "挑剔和艦的態度" is they "pick on / complain about" He Jian's attitude. What do you think?

Any combination of these words is probably okay, depends on the tone of the rest of the text. Personally, I would prefer ungrateful and picky, because they are the most common terms.
