不領情. I would normally render this as ungrateful but not receptive seems to be appropriate here.

: Yes, I'd say "not receptive" is more "to the point." 而且挑剔和艦的態度 --> "and their picky attitude toward He Jian..." or "and they are pricky with He Jian's attitude...," depending on the context.// I think your suggestion perfectly to the point.
