Jedná se o systém dodávek pro sekvenčně přesné dodávky v automobilovém průmyslu, ale nedaří se mi najít anglický ekvivalent. Any help appreciated.

just-in-time release
I am positive "odvolavka" = "release" (I spent 6 years translating ERP SW into Czech for Oracle, including automotive SCM/manufacturing systems). In automotive industry, this is usually a part of a kanban manufacturing system (a flavor of JIT). There is always a blanket order and then there is material/parts released against that blanket order based on a certain signal coming in.

: but call-off is a synonym (unauthorized by SAP as far as I know) // no problem: I just mentioned it so lenka could pick the most suitable term for her context/client

I was not aware of that. I can see that on the web so I agree but personally have never came across that usage before now. I worked for SAP's competitors and often the terminology differs based on the company/customers they serve, perhaps US vs UK usage?
