"vor dem Hintergrund des Audftragseingangs bis zum Prufungszeitpunkt und der von der Geschaftsfuhrung mitgeteilten Ergebnisse der Gesprache mit Geschaftspartnern erscheint uns die Erwartung schluessig".
i can't figure out the last expression..."erscheint uns die Erwartung schluessig" (there is an umlaut on the u - my German spelling tool isn't working). Any ideas??

: that's too literal, imho. From how I read it, the paragraph is supposed to say that whoever is expecting something 'has a point' in doing so. I may be wrong of course.
