Ein Produktivsystem ist ein Rechner bzw. ein Rechnerverbund (Clients und Server), auf dem produktiv mit realen Daten gearbeitet wird. Das Produktivsystem sollte fehlerfrei sein und ist nicht zum Testen von neuen Programmen oder Daten gedacht.
