Is the title of the chapter, followed by a list of items (firearms, galley implements, bedding, pillows, flags)
Later in the description, the phrase re-appears right after the description of an "affustino" (firearm accessory)

I am trying to figure out if it means:
"to be supplied by the Administration" or
"Ship administration/management/operational supplies"
or simply "supplied to code"

I know it is probably in front of my nose but I sure cannot seem to make up my mind.
