Hi Lory - yes, you are right. It has become a bit confusing as sometimes it is "clave del RFC" and other times not. Throughout, I have translated RFC as "Federal Registry of Taxpayers" and "clave del RFC" as Federal Taxpayers Number". Does this seem right to you?

Adam, the translation we use for the RFC is Federal Taxpayer's Registry, rather than Number. (Diccionario de terminología jurídica mexicana, Becerra).

I assume that there is a merger notice with the corresponding notice presented announcing that a company will cease to exist.


Suggestion about your draft: instead of "for the purpose of" you should translate "due to"
