Odgovor na komentar "jdragice":

- JUS (tj. Institut za standardizaciju Srbije) navodi da je "switchgear" u domenu Komisije za standarde iz oblasti visokonaponskih rasklopnih aparatura i rasklopnih blokova (v. http://www.jus.org.yu/informacije/2002/01-02.pdf ) i konkretni standardi se navode u oblasti 29. ELEKTROENERGETIKA ( http://www.jus.org.yu/2007 KATALOG/29-2007.pdf ). To su velika energetska postrojenja, a ne neki izvodni (ili razvodni) elektro ormani.

- Reglete spadaju u opremu/pribor TT razvoda (a ne energetskog), pa je logično zaključiti da se radi o telekomunikacionom kablu.

- U sledećem primeru se može videti kako izgleda izvodni orman (konkretnom pitanje se ne odnosi na razvodni, mada postoje i izvodno-razvodni ormani) na koji se priključuje jedan kraj (izvodi) podzemnog kabla, mada mislim da "cable locker" nije baš najsrećniji prevod:
