契約書の終わり近くにある 「LAW AND ARBITRATION」 のパラグラフの最後の部分にこの文があります。
The seat of arbitratin shall be London, the procedural law of arbitration shall be English law and the language of any arbitration proceedings shall be English. *Any right of appeal or reference of points of law to the courts is hereby waived, to the extent that such waiver can be validly made.*
おそらく、決まり文句的なものだと思いますが、うまく訳せません。定訳のようなものをご存知の方がいらっしゃいましたらお力を貸してください。

イギリスの法律用語は定訳が見つからず、いつも苦労しています。定訳をお探しであればお役に立たないかもしれませんが、自分の勉強も兼ねて調べた結果をご報告します。
Googleで検索すると、points of lawに相当しそうな日本語は「法律上の論点」「法律点」「法律問題」のようです。

しかし、

で、「points of law」を検索して使用例を見ると、reference of points of lawというのは、「（事実関係ではなく）法律論についての判断を上級審に求めること」というニュアンスで使われるように思いますので、「法律判断の請求」や「法的争点の審理請求」というような訳ではどうかなと思います。（referenceの文字通りの意味では「照会」が近いと思うのですが、「裁判官に判断を仰ぐ」というニュアンスが伝わり切らないと思います。難しいところですが・・・。）
appealは、文章の感じから判断して「提訴」としておきましたが、もちろん「上訴」かもしれません。
