A machine that, well, extracts molluscs

No hits for Mollusc/Shellfish extractor/remover, only 1 for mollusK extractor...

Any ideas? Mollusc extractor sounds fine to me, unless there's a special term I'll use that I suppose. The machine and system are patented so in theory that gives me a little more freedom ¿no?

Scrub the above! Its a machine for extracting the molluscs from their habitat, not process them for canning

Sorry, I should have been more specific. This is a piece of Industrial equipment, for subsequent canning, NOT something you have on you table (many many thanks Anatoliy but your otherwise fine suggestion would refer to that).

I'm leaning now towards Shellfish Processing Unit :o)
