basically the client may rescind the agreement providing just cause as to the Direttore dei Lavori's shortcomings/faults in the performing of his/her Direzione dei Lavori

@ EdoVip: This was my thought, also. DL stands for Direzone Lavori. Also, the text reads 'del DL' in the first instance, when it really should be 'della DL', so perhaps 'DL' is a mistake in the first case.
