cultivated silk
From my trusty "Modern Textile Dictionary":
"Mulberry Silk: The product from those worms which have fed upon the leaves of cultivated mullberry trees, to distinguish the silk from wild or Tussah silk which has been raised on the leaves of the oak, cherry tree, castor oil plant and various bushes."

farmed silk
is a term I have heard

natural silk, raw silk
Freilich ist Zuchtseide eine "gezüchtete Seide", auf natürlichem Wege "gesponnen". IMO gibt es keinen Unterschied zwischen Zuchtseide und "natürlicher" Seide.

mulberry silk
not really sure but look at these sites and others, and farmed silk does get hits almost exclusively in expressions like "farmed silk caterpillars" etc.

cultured silk
This expression seems to be used more frequently than "farmed silk" if google is to be trusted.

: or cultivated silk; the mulberry silk worms (or Bombyx mori) are the only species that can be artificially cultivated (hence all other silk is wild)

sericulture
Any of these suggestions would be acceptable in isolation:
Seide: Maulbeerseide (Zuchtseide), Tussahseide (Wildseide)
Silk: Mulberry silk (sericulture), (wildcrafted) Tussah silk
The cocoons of the latter silk moth are collected in the wild and not farmed...
