Nærmeste leder is the person to whom you report directly. S/He may have several others above her/him in the hiearchy.
However, in that case, "direct report's job" would then be "nærmeste leders stilling" or "stilling som nærmeste leder" - both a bit strange unless justified by the context - which is?
