In that case I have NO idea what SG might mean (Scheidungsgegenstände???) but they are talking about sharing the proceeds (income) from the shares.

| Thanks Ted! It's an otherwise regular divorce agreement governed by the matrimonal regime of separation of goods. One spouse has more assets ( the shares mentioned) than the other and agrees to part with some of them. |
| SG might mean "Societe Generale" ( these are Swiss proceedings, as mentioned), but I was more concerned about the 'Erloes' thingie |
