Found this on a Euro glossary as simply 'structure' - but it surely must be more than that. Just in a document heading as one of the elements of the overall contract work, i.e. konstbyggnadsarbet.

I'm fairly sure it is just structure. I think it's used in connection with roads/railways to mean an artifical structure used to "carry" the road or railway, rather than it just being constructed flat on the ground, if you see what I mean...
