I think it stands for OSN (Output Sequence Number)


Will I be able to get a FED reference number or S.W.I.F.T. OSN to give to beneficiaries tracing a payment I originated?
The Inquiry feature Transaction Inquiry report lets you view details about payments, including the fed reference number or S.W.I.F.T. OSN. The Activity Log provides the payment sequence number, as well as the settlement reference number. The payment sequence number is internal to Bank One and the settlement reference number will show the fed reference number for Domestic Payments and the S.W.I.F.T. OSN for International U.S. Dollar payments. This information is also available in Standard and Ad Hoc reports, which provide transaction history information.
