Do you have any clue if this was translated into Japanese by a non-native speaker? I think the phrase seems very awkward so I guess it might be so.
If so, I think this is maybe supposed to be
強く、新いテクノロジー (strong and new technology).
However I don't understand why they would repeat 需要家 twice unless that was some sort of mistake from translating the original.
This is a very uneducated guess.

: It must be a mistake to repeat 需要家. Also, it shoud be "新しい" not "新い".
