IMHO, 'medical center' might be more appropriate.

My nephrologist has his clinic in an Ärztehaus, which is located within the compound of a hospital. In this Ärztehaus, there is a cardiology clinic, a radiology clinic, an oral surgery clinic, etc.

Polyclinic = a clinic, hospital, or health care facility that treats various types of diseases and injuries.

Well - as much as I hate to disagree with highly respected colleagues - that's a Medical Office Building. Neither facility, either German or American, contains more than a bunch of office/diagnostic space, but most certainly a pharmacy, and likely a laboratory. The medical office buildings I go to over here have more dentists/physicians of all specialties than I ever thought possible; however, their hard-core diagnostics (CT, other high-radiation radiology) and surgical facilities are usually at some hospital just around the corner. Same in good old Germany.

ruslingua - you are quite right in that it depends on what your particular Aerztehaus is equipped to do; that should come from the context. My translation is from Federal Republic German to US English; if your Aerztehaus is set up to do surgery under sterile conditions and/ or radiology other than just X-rays and/or an emergency room and/or admits patients to a ward in the building, my suggestion of a "Medical Office Building" is no good.
