One of the meanings of the term in Arabic is:
هيكل خشبي او فولادي يبنى عليه هيكل السفينة
The image provided shows chicken meat so I don't think translating it as هيكل الدجاجة will be accurate, any Suggestion?
Can it be translated as صلب الدجاجة ?

هناك بعض العظام التى لها علاقة بانتاجية الدجاج وهى :-أ – عظمة القص Keel
هناك علاقة طردية بين طول واستقامة هذه العظمة وانتاج اللحم الابيض من الصدر. ب – عظام الفخذ والدبوس Femur & Tibia
هناك علاقة طردية بين هذه العظام ومحصول اللحم الناتج من الارجل الذى يسمى باللحم الاحمر.جـ – عظمة قصبة الرجل Shank
وهناك علاقة طردية بين طول هذه العظمة ووزن الجسم.د – عظام الحوض Pelvic bone
