М.б., наблюдение (т.е. inspection) за "mold breathing"? Исходя из первого примечания, можно перевести как "движение (или раздувание) прессформы" при впрыскивании. Скорее всего, имеет место при экономии на материале пресс-формы.

Я нашел такой текст:
