is kissing me hard/difficult for you?

I'm not absolutely sure, but I think that the other options are a bit strong for "dar impresión", better to use "is it difficult/hard to kiss me now?" or "does it hurt you to kiss me now?" - the "now" makes a big difference between the then and the now - suerte!

Does kissing me repulse you? Are you so repulsed by me that you can't/won't kiss me? Do you find me so repulsive that you can't/won't kiss me?
