Wordt met "closed hub" de cabine bedoeld? Maar is een lift tegenwoordig niet altijd helemaal afgesloten?

De "previous remarks" komen erop neer dat het gebouw eigenlijk alleen maar voor motorisch gehandicapten is aangepast en niet voor mensen met een sensorische handicap (doven, blinden, ...).

Volgens mij bedoelen ze de ruimte waar de lift/liften op uitkomen, zie ref. (liftlobby lijkt daarvoor ook in het EN een gangbaarder term).
