English term
capability operating system
English to German
Tech/Engineering
Computers: Software
New technologies, IT architecture, IT platforms
The key take-away, really just to summarize everything we talked about here, [name of new technology] is great because it opens up more manageability options for us and it’s completely independent of the ***capability operating system***.
This allows us to do is talk to the PC and manage the PC out of band. Which means, we can do a lot of things when the primary ***capability operating system*** is non-functional or not even running.
The other really, really interesting part of the [name of new technology] platform is what is called Imbedded IT or the virtual appliance architecture. And this is really an independent operating system that’s running in real time side-by-side the ***capability operating system***.

Capabilities-basiertes Betriebssystem
