According to the Black's Law Dictionary "before" not only means "in the presence of" but also "at the disposal of". I think that is the correct translation of the term applicable in this context.

In case the model form has provision to describe the amount of guarantee in the earlier part, then ante can be termed to mean aforesaid when described again. If not, ante would not have that meaning.
