I'd go with this one. A google search on "Vienna Schnitzel" and "Viennese Schnitzel" has returned more results for the first option. "Wiener Schnitzel", even restricted to the English language, has returned by far the most results. However, personally, I would definetely translate the "Wiener" part - in part to avoid confusion with "wieners" (hot dog sausages).
