90 giorni, fine mese, 10 giorni del mese successivo

Italian to English Bus/Financial Finance (general)
"La condizione di pagamento da noi proposta è Ri.ba. 90 giorni, fine mese, 10 giorni del mese successivo".

Secondo voi significa che il pagamento va effettuato entro dieci giorni dalla fine del mese in cui cade il 90esimo giorno succesivo alla firma del contratto? E c'è una formula standard in inglese? Grazie

Within the 10th of the month following 90 days from the end of the month (the invoice was issued)
So invoice is issued on 5 August, and will be paid by cash order within 10 December

That's how I understand it anyway!
