偶然浏览到这个帖子，其实这个词组的意思就是药物联合应用，产生相加（或叠加）至协同的作用。

这个概念比较专业，所以一般人看不懂，有的竟自作聪明，以为语法是错误，或to是or的误写，呵呵呵。其实专业人士一看就明白，相加作用跟协同作用是有区别的，所以有观察到相加至协同的作用这样的说法。这也药理学基本概念而已。
