I'm not really sure about this one, because I couldn't find any reference in Spanish in your context. I know "grampones" are usually "crampons" (spikes used for traction in climbing), so I started looking for this word in your context. I came across the following bilingual (French-English) document which set me to thinking:

Sans crampon
de haute qualité pour surface dure
Non-studded
high-quality for hard surfaces

I looked for "stud" in your context and found a few refs.

Drawer needs 1"between overall drawer side height and cabinet opening height for insertion and removal. Epoxy-coated cold rolled steel. Adaptable to frame mounting and 32mm mounting system. Captive solid ***stud*** acetal roller reduces side play.

I'm not sure if this is it, but it certainly fits your context (unlike the latch plate also suggested--the photo shown is an accessory for " Cerraduras mueble cristal tipo mordaza").
