Vistas las definiciones (http://www.google.es/search?hl=es&q=define:slurry&meta=lr=la... aunque según Babylon sería "lechada" (DRAE: Líquido que tiene en disolución cuerpos insolubles muy divididos.) veo que esto se usa mayoritariamente relacionado con cal, mortero, etc, así que diría yo batido o papilla líquida.
