the XXX brand has a distinct identity and proven appeal
I agree with idwerk that "stark belegt" refers to audience perception, but I'd take it even further. "In high demand" might be another way to translate it.

the XXX brand is unique and highly visible
my stab; no guarantee is implied nor should be assumed

: I would definitely place the brand name after the word brand

That would depend on whether or not the definite article is used, wouldn't it?

brand xxx is distinct and well-proven
or possibly: brand xxx is unequivocal and well-proven

: Try reading this aloud with an actual brand name inserted, e.g. "brand Heinz is distinct and well-proven". The result is neither well formed nor intelligible.

the xxx brand is well-defined and highly esteemed/positively viewed
...another option -- I think it might be important to emphasize that 'stark belegt' indicates how the target audience views the brand
